Biography
I graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration on Accounting. After graduating, I worked for Lincoln Title Company/Old Republic Title for 15 years in Glendale, CA. In 1996 I moved to Illinois so I could spend more time with my kids. While my kids were in school, I had several part time jobs as will as volunteering at their schools as much as they would allow me.
In 2003 I started working part time for the American Red Cross as their accounting manager. Once I started working full time for the Red Cross, I moved up the ladder quickly and became their CEO in 2011. I remained at the Red Cross until 2014 when I accepted a position at Habitat for Humanity as their Executive Director. While at the Red Cross, I graduated from Webster University with a MBA.
