Biography
Terri Noel, owner of Encore Consulting and Publishing, LLC in Springfield, Illinois is an alumnus of the University of Illinois, Springfield with a Masters of Business Administration and Graduate Certificate of Non-profit Management.
Terri has led marketing and advertising teams in the media, health care, financial, automotive sales and service, restaurant, entertainment, and manufacturing industries.
The ENCORE TEAM celebrates the beginning of their 19th year of service to the business and non-profit community, launching the team's services on June 1, 2003. The team of associates consults in business operations; developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies, digital and social media, public relations, and media campaigns for small businesses, large corporations, and not-for-profit organizations.
Hundreds of varied industries have partnered with the Encore Consulting team, in the past 18 years and more than a dozen, central Illinois businesses and organizations use our services on a monthly contract basis.
And since 2018, an expanded team of six publish two, "Neighbors (Micro-targeted, community) Magazines" in Springfield and Chatham, IL.
