About this event
The 5th Annual Women's Business will be held Thursday, March 13, 2025. Members and non-members can use this form to register as an exhibitor. Register now to save your spot, and be able to feature your business, products and services! The event is anticipated to have over 350 attendees. Attendees will receive a swag/goodie bag, drawings and giveaways, appetizers and a cash bar.

Payment In Full In Advance Only
Payment is due at the time of exhibitor registration.
All WE-CI Member Businesses are welcome to exhibit. If we receive duplicate registrations of Non-Member businesses from the same brand, we will reach out to you and may have to refund your registration fees (this is the only refund that will be permitted. Otherwise there are no cancellations permitted).
Only the registered Exhibitor business may set up at the event. Tables cannot be shared, donated or traded.
Exhibitors are encouraged to bring an item to raffle off at their table.
Exhibitors are encouraged to bring products to sell and book services and appointments. Food and Beverage items must be pre-packaged, ready for sale.
Exhibitors must display in the 6' or 12' space provided - no overflow.
Exhibitors must be set up by 3:30 on the day of the event; doors open for setup at 1pm.
Sponsor/Exhibitor preview and networking from 3:30-4:30pm.
Doors open to the public at 4:30pm.
Exhibitors must tear-down by 8:00pm
