Women's Business Showcase - Exhibitor Registration

The 2024 Women's Business will be held March 6, 2024. WE-CI Members and non-members can use this form to register as an EXHIBITOR to feature / sell your business, products and services at the event. The event is anticipated to have over 350 attendees, and is being held the week of International Women's Day. The event will have a swag bag for attendees, drawings and giveaways, appetizers and a cash bar!

Payment is due at the time of exhibitor registration.

Only 1 of each type of business from the same organization is permitted; if we receive duplicate registrations we will reach out to you and may have to refund your registration fees (this is the only refund that will be permitted. Otherwise there are no cancellations permitted).
Only the registered Exhibitor business may set up at the event. Tables cannot be shared, donated or traded.
Exhibitors are encouraged to bring an item to raffle off at their table.
Exhibitors are encouraged to bring products to sell and book services and appointments. Food and Beverage items must be pre-packaged, ready for sale.
Exhibitors must display in the 6' or 12' space provided - no overflow.
Exhibitors must be set up by 3:30 on the day of the event; doors open for setup at 1pm.
Exhibitors must tear-down by 8:00pm
