As a business owner, you probably get asked to do a LOT. Networking and sales events, volunteer events, and of course your home and personal life. Tiffany Mathis-Posey will speak about allocating your time to more effectively reach your business and personal goals. She serves as the CEO & Executive Director of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Illinois. Under her leadership, Clubs expanded to serve 22 locations including 21 elementary and middle schools in the Springfield and Jacksonville area; now recognized as the 2nd largest (Non-Metro) Boys & Girls Club organization in the state of Illinois.
Tiffany dedicates her time and efforts to various non-profit boards and community service organizations. She was recently appointed by Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, to the Board of Trustees for the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, serves as a board member with Downtown Springfield Inc., and is a Commissioner for the City of Springfield Civil Service Commission.
Among her accomplishments and awards, Tiffany is a 2022 Champion for Children Award winner, a 2021 ATHENA Award Nominee, selected as "Woman of Influence" by Security Bank (2020), and recognized as an Outstanding Young Person of Illinois (2020) by the Illinois Jaycees.
Tiffany attended Illinois State and later graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ashford University where she was also a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society and the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society.
